Our home is set on the city boundary just 8 minutes from the City Centre, 5 minutes from Palmerston North Hospital, 15 minutes to Massey University and very well positioned for walking, tramping and biking tracks around the Manawatu . Our modern home is on 2.5 acres and surrounded by open countryside with great views to the windmills and just outside the apartment, we have a lovely Highland cow named Toffee who shares the paddock with some Wiltshire sheep, an interesting self shearing breed.

This is a 2 bedroom house with a bathroom and open space living area with dining space and kitchen. There is private parking for 2 cars and outside sitting area overlooking the garden. The house is located in the outskirts of Palmerston North on top of a hill in a popular green neighbourhood. The nearest shopping area with supermarket, pharmacy and couple of restaurants is a 2 minutes drive away. The city centre and Plaza shopping mall are 10 minutes away. EV charger available upon request.

Our place is out in the country but still close town. Your room is separate from the house. It has a comfy double bed, ensuite shower and toilet and small kitchenette in the connecting laundry with microwave, mini fridge and toaster. Tea and freshly ground coffee are provided in your room. We have two acres of paddocks and gardens with friendly farm animals for you to meet and lots of native birds. Three cafes in Ashhurst or 12 mins away in Palmy and Feilding. Free EV charge in Ashhurst.

A country escape located 4km’s up the Pahiatua Track. Approximately 8-10 minute drive to the outskirts of town, Massey University, the IPU Tertiary Institute and to our local Summerhill shopping centre with a supermarket, takeaways, laundry, café’s and restaurants. Palmerston North's CBD is about 13 km's. Your private entrance leads to a guest suite attached to our house with a lounge, separate double and single bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchenette with basic supplies for preparing meals.

好位置、好地段

"Location Location" is a charming cottage built in the 1950's and relocated to the rear section in the 1970's. In early 2024 she received a makeover which included a totally new kitchen and updated bathroom. She was then furnished through out. The cottage is extremely private, and we a lucky that our neighbors are private and quiet. Some of the cottage charm extends outside to a private and sunny courtyard shaded by native trees and a Tui who visits most days.

A large deck at the front of the house lets you soak up the afternoon sun. The kitchen has all the amenities and includes a new dishwasher, fridge and oven. Kawau is a new home built in the character style of the 1900's. Situated on 1.5 acres with a large lawn. Take the bridge over the Little Kawau stream to wander the paths of our garden or relax on our covered decks. We are adjacent to Schnell Wetlands walkways. 5 minutes from PN Airport and 10 minutes to Manfeild, the centre of Palmy, or Ashhurst for the famous Gorge Walk. We are unable to accommodate children under the age of 12.
