It is near the Mary Jo Wagner Arboretum and Riverview Barn - great if attending a wedding, reunion, party or a Sioux Fall event such as at the Denny Sanford Center. Minutes to supermarkets, resteraunts, fantastic view from upper and lower decks. On site parking for multiple cars.
