Last camp on a private dead end road with clear views of the lake. Perfect location for fishing, kayaking, or just relaxing in a hammock. Fully furnished with A Minisplit Heat Pump/ AC, and Propane "wood stove" well water, and high speed WiFi. Within 30 minutes of Lincoln and 1 hr of Bangor. Both towns have shopping, restaurants,etc.

BearsDen Lodge

This is a large (1600 sq. ft.) kid friendly cottage that has all of the conveniences of a home with the beauty and charm of a lakefront cabin. The construction was finished in 2024 so everything is new including the furniture and appliances. The cabin waterfront is in a shallow cove. The depth at the end of the dock is less than 3 feet making it a good place for wading and exploring for kids. Water shoes recommended.

4-Season Cabin next to Morgan's Beach on beautiful Cold Stream Pond rented year round. This is the perfect location for a family vacation or business/working people who travel and have temporary assignments lasting one week to several months. Cabins are fully furnished and include: heat, hot water, electricity, Direct TV, WiFi, trash removal, driveway and roadway plowing. Nestled in beautiful Hemlock grove is this cozy cabin. Its equiped with all the necessities of home to make your stay comfortable. Guests will have private access to Scammons Pond, also known as, R. Lyle Frost Managment Area. Its a fun place to kayak and fish. From the cabin its about a 45 minute drive to Acadia National Park or Schoodic Point. Besides Acadia, there is local hiking, nearby shopping, local restaurants, the Sunrise Trail, and other Maine adventure just waiting to be explored.

However once at the cabin, you quickly forget that you are near to these conveniences as the cabin is nice, quiet and nestled into the serene peacefulness of the lake.
