Relax in front of the fire with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay or unwind in the spa under the stars At the foot of the Lomond hills, there are plenty of picturesque walks to enjoy as well as many hills to climb. Only 10 minutes from Loch Leven With a large secure garden, with decking and a separate patio area,you can be sure to stay in the sun all afternoon. The garden also backs on to a large playing field with goals posts. There is also a kids play park attached to this.

Susan and Graham host Ardarroch and live next door. Nestled in the spectacular surroundings on the outskirts of Crieff, with panoramic views and within easy walking distance of the town centre. Crieff offers many places to eat with an excellent deli and cafes providing good quality local produce. Local attractions include the oldest whiskey distillery, numerous walks and nearby Munros, and a wildlife centre at nearby Comrie. The town has a selection of lovely parks suitable for all ages.

Shopping centre and nearest supermarket are only 10 minutes walk and the city center is a pleasant walk 20 minutes away. Excellent touring base for many of Perthshire's beautiful sites and activities. The property can accommodate up to 4 guest and has ample off road parking for 3 vehicles.
