It is surrounded by spacious yards with tables and sitting area, which, in combination with the big trees forming nice shade, the amazing view and tranquility of the sea tend to tempt you spend most of the day outside of the actual house building in the summer! Going to bed and waking up with a taste of the sea salt, is one of the main features that make this house unique.

Welcome to the oldest house in the area, a lovingly restored 1880s stone home, a real home with soul, character, and direct access to the sea. Step barefoot from the yard into the water. Ianos Maisonette provides a stunning sea view and has been renovated to perfection, giving it a feel both modern and classic. With its thick stone walls (80cm), spacious inside area (142m²), and 3 large front and rear yards, it provides the perfect atmosphere to relax and take in the local scenery.

This fully renovated appartment is located in Argalasti village across the monument of Kouvlos and the street market (every Saturday). Argalasti village is only 15-20 minutes drive to the popular beaches of the Aegean sea(Potistika, Melanie etc.) and only 10 minutes drive to the beaches of Pagasitikos gulf, like Chorto. This recently renovated appartment (y.2021) has two spacious bedrooms, a fully equiped open plan kitchen-living room, a bathroom and access to a private balcony.

The house is 150 km from Athens( by car + ferry boat) or 210 km (by car, crossing the Chalkis). It is 13 km away from Aidipsos, a famous spa city known from antiquity. The village Gialtra, where you can find most of the basic shops , is on the top of the hill, within walking distance (10 to 15 minutes).
