Lavadora, plancha, smart TV, wifi y mucho más para que disfrutéis de una experiencia plena.

Este ha sido nuestro refugio ocasional de descanso y ahora empezamos a alquilarlo por primera vez, después de reformarlo. Está en una de las históricas urbanizaciones de apartamentos de Costa Adeje, donde veraneábamos los de aquí. Ahora luce moderna y cómoda, en un entorno inmediato tranquilo. Internet WiFi, TV, dos piscinas (una exclusiva para niños pequeños) y justo frente a tu puerta, tres playas y el paseo marítimo a 3’. Podrás teletrabajar desde la terraza o dentro. Aquí reina la paz.

Access via lift to sixth floor, beautiful sea view from the balcony, walking distance to all night life amenities and 5 min to the beach. You will be in the centre of popular area so prepare for sea breeze walks and sunsets. Only suits couples but we would accommodate extra beds for 2 kids. Not suitable for 4 adults. We are family friendly apartment. There is tennis court in the complex.

Non è necessario affittare l'auto poiché si raggiunge tutto comodamente a piedi. L'appartamento è dotato di ogni confort, lavatrice lavastoviglie microonde frigorifero tostapane bollitore asciugacapelli . A partire dal 7 luglio fino a fine settembre 2025 ci saranno dei lavori di sostituzione dell’ascensore. ( l’appartamento è al primo piano) . Mi scuso per il disagio.

Les Golfs sont à environ 15 minutes.

Our location is unique: we are by a Blue Flag awarded sandy beach. Uncommon, since many other areas would only offer a rock beach or the port. Bonus: being so close to the sea there are no steep walks uphill.
