Envie de vous évader le temps d'une nuit ou plus, l'atout vous accueillera dans son univers chaleureux .Dans une ambiance cabane, vous trouverez tout le confort utile pour passez un bon séjour.... La toue est équipée; d'une petite cuisine avec un feu gaz ,evier un bac, un petit frigo une salle de bain avec WC et douche( ⚠ la douchette n'est qu'un appoint 5 à 10 min d'eau chaude) les serviettes et draps sont fournis pour 4 personnes . 2 transats Le bateau n'est pas disponible à la navigation .

Op loopafstand (ca.600m) de rivier Le Gartempe waar genoeg plekjes zijn om een frisse duik te nemen. De fietser kan ook zijn hart ophalen. Voor de mountainbiker (eventueel beschikbaar), tourfietser en recreatiefietser zijn er ontelbare mogelijkheden door de bossen, langs de rivier of door het landschap. Voor de wandelaars onder ons zijn de mogelijkheden te over. Voor de paardrijders is er een manege op een paar kilometer. Voor cultuur en ontspanning in de buurt raad ik Ivo's reisgids aan.

Véritable jardin sur le fleuve, notre maison offre une vue imprenable sur la Loire et ses plages. Elle dispose d'une très grande pièce centrale avec cuisine ouverte et cheminée et deux chambres. En été seulement (Juin,Juillet, Août, Septembre) nous proposons une chambre supplémentaire avec 4 lits simples dans le rez de jardin aménagé de la maison ( accès indépendant, ne convient pas à des enfants de moins de 8 ans). La maison est un lieu de séjour paisible, convivial et confortable.

Op een magische plek in het groene hart van Frankrijk staat deze onder architectuur gebouwde villa in een pittoreske vallei aan de rand van de rivier met veel privacy. Het huis is geschikt voor 6 personen. 3 slaapkamers waarvan 1 'bedstee' met ieder een eigen badkamer. Een heerlijke zithoek met houtkachel en een moderne uitgeruste keuken. De glazen façade geeft een fantastisch uitzicht over de vallei. Bakker er kruidenier in het dorp. Om te onthaasten is dit de plek!

Its exceptional situation made it very convenient for going out to a bar or restaurants very near by or to cook products you have bought a the fresh market (open daily). No need for a car to visit and enjoy La Rochelle from this place.

A walk can be enjoyed from the cottage, along a path along the Vienne River. You can reach Chauvigny on foot or by bike along the trails. There are a few chickens on the grounds.
