The cottage is situated in the village of Rockford, 4 miles walk from Lynmouth or a short drive. It boasts modern appliances and design. Set mainly on one level, a low ceiling mezzanine accommodates a small double bed & extra single bed. The one acre garden is a real treat with plenty of vista points.

There’s also a open plan kitchen and lounge area for them relaxing evenings and a stunning decking area. We provide pillows, bedding, bath towels and tea towels but please bring your own beach/pool towels.
