The apartment is located in the main street of the city, 500 meters from La Spezia Central Station and 400 meters away from the ferry. The location is strategic to visit the Cinque Terre, the Gulf of Poets, and many cities. The room, newly refurbished, has a private bathroom with shower. There are also: TV, air conditioning, heating, mini fridge and free wifi. The room has got a private terrace overlooking the Museo Lia internal garden. Self check-in available from 3:00 pm.

L'alloggio è ricavato in una casa medievale, risalente al XV secolo, all'interno dell'antico Castello di Rometta. E' composto da una camera da letto e da un bagno posti al piano terra, da una ampia cucina situata al primo piano e da un giardino privato. L'immobile è stato recentemente restaurato ed è dotato di una camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale ed una poltrona letto. La casa è situata a Riccò del Golfo, distante circa 8 Km dalla città di La Spezia. La struttura è perfetta per raggiungere con comodità le principali località turistiche della zona : cinque terre - Portovenere - Lerici - anche con i mezzi pubblici. Si possono raggiungere le cinque terre anche a piedi, mediante sentiero CAI , partendo da casa . Inoltre è un'ottima postazione anche per muoversi in bicicletta, le strade vi offriranno paesaggi unici.

Ideale per un soggiorno per due persone ma anche per coppie con uno o due figli, o per due coppie di amici. La camera si trova a pochi passi dal centro paese e dal mare, ed è molto comoda per chi arriva a Manarola in treno.
