We are delighted to invite you to our ancient, and completely renovated, "Il Gallo" (the rooster) Bed and Breakfast in the Tuscan hillside above the walled Roman town of Lucca. After a 15 minute drive up from Lucca you will find yourselves surrounded by olive groves with stunning views out over the mountainsides and valleys. Your room After leaving your car in the shade of the olive trees, after just a few steps you will be at the private entrance to your romantic bedroom with lovely views from every window - even from the shower! There is an en-suite bathroom complete with toiletteries and hairdryer. There is a small pantry with a fridge, microwave, kettle and necessities to prepare a picknick and/or aperitivo to be enjoyed on your terrace. Ceiling fan for hot summer nights!

Välkommen till ett av våra 6 rum i denna gamla skola som blivit totalt nyrenoverad och nu öppnar som ett charmigt och prisvärt B&B. I vackra Toscana bara några kilometer utanför Lucca hittar du oss och härifrån har du oändliga möjligheter att utforska allt som detta härliga område har att erbjuda. Cykla i de toskanska kullarna och upptäck naturen, stadsliv inne i Lucca, dagsutflykt till stranden eller Pisa eller varför inte Florens. Eller bara hänga vid poolen och njuta och grilla på kvällen:))

Sit for a buffet breakfast while sun is rising over Piazza Anfiteatro and while the streets of Lucca come alive just below your private 2nd floor perch in the heart of the city. After, do a little people-watching from the kitchen balcony while you finish your espresso and plan a day of sightseeing. You won’t need to walk much to enjoy the famous landmarks of Lucca: Your private view is over the most famous Lucca attraction: the Amphitheatre Square or the Lucca Colosseum in the Roman Times.

Il nostro B&B si trova a 8 km da Lucca sulle colline Sud della città, zona di pregio per l'olio extravergine d'oliva. La struttura, un Palazzo di campagna di inizio '700 appena ristrutturato, dispone di 6 camere doppie, rifinite con cura e tutte corredate da bagno privato. La proprietà è circondata da antiche mura in pietra a secco con merlatura (tipici della zona) che una volta servivano come basamenti per pergolati di vite. La mattina viene servita una ricca colazione a buffet.

The house is hidden in a small medieval village in the Norther Tuscany, Brucciano, among the tranquility of the woods and mountains of Garfagnana's area. On request I’ll be happy to prepare for you a delicious Italian breakfast or other meals but, remember, these service are not included in the price.
