Agriturismo Le Spighe is a B&B located in a strategic location to visit so many interesting places in central Italy: Rome, Siena, Orvieto, Assisi, Florence, mountain, lake and mediterrean Sea can be reached in about 1 hour. Our location, in the middle of Tuscan countryside, offers the possibility of hiking, biking and horseback riding, enjoying the Fonteverde Spa or relax in the Internal garden in a calm and ancestral atmosphere. Agriturismo is part of a family farm that can offer you the possibility to enjoy country life, exploring agricoltural themes and also harvest and eat biological products such as Saffron, blackberries, raspberries, asparagus, cherries, walnuts, corn and many others. As we mentioned breakfast, we mean thet into the cottage you're going to find all the essential to prepare thje breakfast by yourself: coffee, milk, tea and bread. There are 4 cottages for a total of 6 apartments (on two AIRBNB listings): 1- San Giustino: 2 Apartments each one is composed by 2 bedrooms, living room with sofà-bed and fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. 2- San Giuseppe: 1 Apartments composed by 2 bedrooms, living room with sofà-bed and fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. 3- Vigneti-Rosa: 2 Apartments each one is composed by bedroom, living room with sofà-bed and fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. 4- Fienile: 1 Apartments composed by 1 bedroom, living room with sofà-bed and fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. 奇维塔诺瓦

Civita Nova si trova a 250 m dal centro del paese. Il Borgo di Civita si raggiunge a piedi in circa 30 minuti ma a 300 m dall' alloggio vi è anche il servizio navetta. Accoglie animali domestici di piccola taglia con il pagamento di un piccolo supplemento. Il parcheggio è gratuito in loco, presente connessione Wifi. L' alloggio é climatizzato, con cucina fornita di tutto. Bagno privato con doccia, biancheria da bagno e lenzuola sono incluse così pure la colazione Self service.

L'appartamento é due piani sotto la piazza, interamente scavato nel tufo. Con vista sulla valle, é isolato dai rumori della strada, tranquillo, privato e molto accogliente. Le pareti in tufo gli donano un'aria antica, per trasportavi altrove nel tempo. Si raggiunge a piedi, attraverso un ponte pedonale che vi porta direttamente nella piazza dove c'é l'immobile. É perfetto per brevi soggiorni di completo relax, ma con la cucina totalmente attrezzata si sfrutta al massimo.

Il B&B sorge in una zona rurale delle colline orvietane e dista 15km dal centro di Orvieto; precisamente sulla strada statale Umbro Casertinese - località Biagio - che da Orvieto conduce a Montefiascone. È il tipico casolare in tufo, risalente al sedicesimo secolo le cui pietre sono state estratte dalla collina che lo circonda e lo protegge. Completamente ristrutturato nel 2009, dispone di tre camere ad uso foresteria, graziosamente arredate con bagno privato.
