Small pool, outside shower, terrace with pool table, hammocks, wet bar, 3 bedrooms (with air conditioning), living-dining room, (no a/c) with dish tv wi-fi, SMALL kitchen and 1 1/2 bathrooms.

A plus is a 3 minute walking trail behind our street leading to the beach for swimming, boating, paddle boarding and much more. The entire house has air conditioning and a Solar Energy System in place. 1st floor and all bedrooms on the 2nd floor have access to a balcony.

La casa está ubicada en área de campo en una calle sin salida, lugar tranquilo y familiar donde hay cerca una finca de ganado y algunos vecinos tienen gallos y gallinas caminando por sus patios. Si te gusta él área country esta casa te va a gustar. Cerca de la playa el peñón brusi restaurantes, farmacia (Boriquen), supermercados (Agranel, Econo) médicos (Dr. Ottoman) panaderías (Diegos Bakery) y áreas de diversión.
