Casa Oso Buena is a beachfront 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with newly renovated, fully equipped kitchen, in Vereda Del Mar, Rio Grande, Puerto Rico and only minutes Amenities include pool with outdoor showers, smaller pool for young children, basketball court, tennis court, beachfront volleyball, playground, and private beach access. A few short minutes away from El Yunque Rainforest, world class golfing, restaurants and attractions. Easy access to and from San Juan Airport, a 30 minute drive.

Just steps away from the turquoise waters and golden sands of quiet Las Picuas beach, this ground level unit gives you beautiful views and splendid sunrises from the oceanfront patio. Just 20 minutes from the property is the El Yunque rainforest. One of Puerto Rico’s breathtaking gems, it is filled with hundreds of native plants, hikes and waterfalls. When you’re ready for a day of shopping or a night on the town, the shops, restaurants, nightclubs and casinos of San Juan are a 45-minute drive.

Fall asleep to the sound of the surf in our 2-bedroom, 2-bath ocean front condo. It's beautifully furnished and fully equipped with 2 queen beds + 2 comfortable full-sized click-It sofas. Enjoy meals on the balcony overlooking the ocean view! PLEASE NOTE: Our ocean wall had to be rebuilt after Hurricane Maria. A gate to the ocean was installed but the stairs have yet to be installed. No worries--beach access is available through the community basketball court (3 doors beyond our property.)
