I live right next to the two houses that I rent, I am happy to share my beloved home with humans from all over the world, but you must be aware that I am not a tourist agency that rents apartments, I am not a hotel, I am not a tourism entrepreneur, I am just a simple inhabitant of Manarola (a kind of hermit) I only rent a simple furnished private house, as per photo, nothing more. Apartment in a spectacular location with exceptional views over the marine protected area of Portofino. Beautifull equipped accomodation recently built. One room with kitchenette, double bed sofa and bathroom. Stunning sea view. The apartment is independent from the main house. However guests have the advantage of being able to share a large mediterranean garden with a barbecue area. The apartment is situated in a no-traffica area and can be reached by a five minutes walk. La casa di Campagna, di mq.92 (cod CIN IT009064C28BOFQMOV) si trova sulle alture di Vado Ligure, a Segno, a 15 minuti d'auto dalla spiaggia di Bergeggi in una tranquilla borgata. E' indipendente, su due livelli. Al piano terra c'è la cucina, al piano 1° ci sono due camere ed il bagno e sopra una terrazza panoramica. Una camera è con letto matrimoniale ed una con due letti singoli e TV. C è un giardino ed un pergolato. Posto auto privato. A 10 minuti d'auto si trova il centro commerciale.
