Our home, features an original fireplace, flagstone floors, and local furnishings. Enjoy the courtyard garden and pool (a quiet relaxing space, our neighbours appreciate their tranquility too). The neighbourhood is quiet but attractions like the Pont d'Avignon, restaurants, and bars are all less than 10 minutes on foot. A parking space is within a 3-minute walk. You will not use the car in town but is will be great to explore Provence by day and return to your tranquil haven each evening.

La maison de 200m2 et son terrain de 5000 m2 entièrement cloturé et fermé par un portail électrique vous permez de séjourner en toute sécurité. Elle dispose d'une grande terrasse couverte disposant d'un coin barbecue. La piscine de 12mx6m en pente douce et au plus profond 1m80, dispose d'une barrière et d'une alarme pour la sécurité de vos enfants ainsi que d'un pool house avec son coin douche très apprécié.
