A day in khaki Nijo 建築體有著120年的歷史，除了結構與材質上的保留，將生活的空間擴大，展現舒適的起居空間。壺庭裡的細緻植物延伸至頂上，從二樓房間裡，窗外的庭院與天空相連。在沐浴泡澡的時刻也可以靜靜欣賞庭院造景。過去是一家人在住宿的空間中，延續這樣整體的概念，在隱秘的卡其時間裡，多一份感知的氣息。 過去 A day in khaki Nijo 是小型的刺繡工坊，坐落在傳統木造町家之中，各種過去的工藝，促成京都裡細緻的文化，透過町家的形式，可以真正的了解當地的生活習性。以前町家是以一家人為單位，一樓作為公共的居所空間，二樓則是臥室。在這樣的傳統空間中可以看到日式家庭裡的凝聚力。 有別於形式化的旅館，A day in khaki 採包棟的方式，將整體空間舒適的傳達給來住的客人。隨著町家的減少，這樣的空間以逐漸用不同方式取代，而透過概念和室內空間的改造，在體驗町家文化時，更舒適的享受火袋、坪庭、廊道等所帶來的空間美學。

This house is decorated for you to feel a lot of Japanese culture. We hope that you enjoy that.This house is located near train station and bus stop and kamo River. So Access to Nara and Osaka is also very convenient. You can also go to the downtown area by walking. There is the Heian shrine and Kyoto imperial palace near by too.( in about 15min walking). There are also local food restaurants and nice cafes around.

It is situated on a charming path within walking distance of numerous temples, including Ginkakuji, Nanzenji, Eikando, Heian Shrine and the Philosophers Path.
