Il monolocale è situato in un ex convento, all'interno di una silenziosa corte nel centro strorico di Firenze. La casa è al primo piano al quale si accede unicamente con scale. E' costituita da unico locale (oltre al bagno con finestra) con angolo cottura e soppalco a cui si accede con scala a tre gradini sul quale è posto un letto matrimoniale. Su richiesta, possibilità di usufruire della poltrona-letto singola per terzo ospite. Posizione centrale a pochi passi dalle attrazioni della città.
