The workers will be entering and exiting the property through the driveway, but no work will be getting done inside of the structure or on the pool deck.*

The terrace, with very comfortable furniture, runs the entire width of the condo, so not only does the living room area have its own terrace, so do the 2 ocean facing bedrooms. You cannot get more ocean view than that!!
