L'appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario: riscaldamento autonomo, frigo, TV, microonde, lavatrice, phon, aria condizionata, WiFi, lettino per bebè

Accogliente e confortevole appartamento molto soleggiato e con vista mozzafiato ubicato nel vero centro città in cui abitano ancora molti veneziani .Attorno si trovano numerosi negozi di frutta e verdura ,panetterie e ben 3 supermercati! Il mio alloggio è molto vicino al trasporto pubblico da e per aeroporto,ferrovia ,piazzale roma (bus e auto ) Rialto e S.Marco! (che si possono raggiungere anche a piedi !)E' adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, chi viaggia per lavoro e famiglie (con bambini)

It is part of a XVII century building a few steps away from the Grand Canal, near the Frari church, Scuola Grande di San Rocco and Carlo Goldoni's house. Easy to get to and to move around by foot or with public transportation, it is located in a lively district full of restaurants and typical bars.

Il loft si trova nella zona centrale di Castello a due passi da supermercati ristoranti e negozi per tutte le necessità. Un punto di partenza perfetto per visitare Venezia e la Biennale .Il Loft si trova al piano terra molto pratico per ogni accessibiltà.

Ben accessoriato e silenzioso, potrete assaporare la bellezza di Venezia sentendovi un po' Veneziani ma al tempo stesso vivendo a pochi passi da ogni comodità quali negozi, cafés, supermercati e punti di maggior interesse quali la Chiesa della Madonna dell Orto, Ca d Oro, il Ponte di Rialto a dieci minuti a piedi e tanto altro..
