Area so you can hang your hammocks. There are a few there already. Property is great for events or to spend with family. Beach is 3 mins away walking. Surf City is 10 min away driving. House has 2 rooms with 2 beds each. Theres are hooks to hang hammocks inside. There is BBQ.
