Oceanfront Cove "Oasis Zonte"

Beach getaway right on the beach, with great surfing, restaurants and great beach bars (and only 45 minutes from San Salvador). It has an amazing view, great location, awesome local and expat community, great spots to hang outside of the house, a big patio and gazebo by the pool, multiple hammocks, soothing wave sound and sea breeze, gorgeous tropical light, and the best surfing in the country. New AC installed in Oct. 2023. New refrigerator + stove 2021. Pool is beautifully redone, April 2024!

Estamos ubicados a 5 minutos de una de las mejores playas del país “Punta Roca” playa La Paz. Sunset Park, muelle artesanal y restaurantes cerca de la zona. Nos encontramos en un pasaje privado con gradas en el acceso principal Suele ser un poco ruidoso por momentos. Aunque nada que no nos permita desarrollar las actividades programadas como trabajo o un momento de relax. Cantamos con cisterna de agua en toda la propiedad.
