Chalé Quitxiba

O Chalé QUITXIBA, que se ergue na típica e emblemática rua que lhe dá o nome, é um dos poucos edifícios do séc. XIX que ainda resistem naquela zona urbana, mantendo a traça original e alguns dos materiais mais vistosos, como o rico madeirame local. Antiga propriedade de uma família de uma roça de média dimensão, está localizado em pleno centro da frenética capital do país, muito perto do aeroporto e com fácil acesso pedonal a grande parte dos locais icónicos da cidade de S. Tomé.

Une campagne à la végétation luxuriante, tout près de la petite ville de Trindade, au cœur du pays forro (les Forros sont ces habitants de l’île qui s’enorgueillissent de s’appeler les Fils de la Terre).

Během tohoto jedinečného a poklidného pobytu si dokonale odpočineš. Dům je na okraji pralesa, v těsné blízkosti přírodního parku Obo. Nádherná pláž se nachází asi 10 minut pěšky od domu. Dům má plně vybavenou kuchyň, ale lze si objednat snídaně, obědy i večeře. Dům má velkou terasu ve tvaru písmene L s nádherným výhledem na plantáž s kávovníky, banánovníky, citrusy a vzdálený oceán.
