Το σπίτι είναι κατάλληλο για ζευγάρια , οικογένειες. Διαθέτει 1 υπνοδωμάτιο με 2 μονά κρεββάτια μετατρεπόμενα σε 1 μεγάλο διπλό κρεββάτι, 1 μπάνιο, σαλόνι με 2 πολυθρόνες μετατρέπομενες σε 2 κρεββάτια, κουζίνα, πισίνα, υδρομασάζ, τζάκι, θέρμανση, κλιματισμό, parking και κήπο. The National Garden is just across the street and all main sites, shopping and nightlife districts are within a short walking distance. The apartment features a private terrace and a pool with direct view to the Acropolis.

The apartment includes a big living room, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The large private terrace overlooks the sea and the 12-meter swimming pool in the outside living and BBQ area. The apartment is available all year round. Full refurbishment in 2024 - all pictures not yet updated.
