Recent construction, in a modern style with all the comfort and privacy on a fenced property. Great position on the beautiful Beach of Riambel and its sunsets.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The self contained apartment is situated on the 1st floor of my house which in the south coast of Mauritius in the Gris Gris area of souillac. A 5 min walk from the coastline of Gris Gris a wonderful place to watch the sunrise and relax to the sounds of the waves. The house was newly renovated internally and externally this year in January 2024! please note only top floor is available to rent!

The coastline stretches for miles, allowing for peaceful and quiet walks. The beach is most of the time unoccupied but you will sometimes find Fishermans. The south of the island is for nature lovers. If you looking for peace and quiet in a remote area, this is the place for you.
