We are on the bluff with an oceanfront hot tub, within walking distance to Gualala restaurants, groceries & shops. Please respect our dream home, our neighbors, & bring only good vibes here. This is a beautiful and remote area, please plan accordingly to relax and enjoy the slow pace of life here.

We are a block to the 7-mile Sea Ranch Bluff trail that spans along the entire Sea Ranch coast and a 5 minute drive to the town of Gualala (stores and restaurants) as well as Gualala State Beach, Del Mar Rec Center, and Sea Ranch Golf Course (currently closed).

At The Bluffs unobstructed ocean views and private gardens await! Location, Style and Value - The north end is arguably the best Location on the ranch for visitors! It's closest to the town of Gualala with it's shops, markets and eating/drinking establishments. This Property can be booked online up to 6 months in advance and the calendar is always up to date! Limited to 4 guests, no pets will be considered. An adult over 21 must be present at all times. Not recommended for small children.

Descend from our beautiful home along a gently sloping, short trail leading directly onto the Van Damme State Park beach. Beach Trail Cottage offers a deep front porch, decorative shingles, and high-pitched roof angles that seamlessly blends the old with the new for an unpretentious yet elegant, inviting space.

Tucked away in the redwoods, this newly furnished home is a serene retreat at Sea Ranch. It enjoys near-total privacy on three acres of forest, plus the sound, smell and sight of the ocean through a gap in the trees on a clear day. Welcome to relaxing, cozy and recently remodeled Sea Ranch house with sweeping ocean views! It is a 2-bedroom, 2- bath 1,200 sqft home located on the East side of Hwy 1 resting up on the hillside and offering stunning views of the Pacific Ocean, meadow, and a forest. Relax at the oversized window seats overlooking the ocean, share meals & stories with friends & family or step outside to explore many trails , just steps away from the house. Cozy retreat to relax and enjoy ocean views!

Balina is a home on the meadow with ocean views. It is a beautiful location for a relaxing getaway with friends and family. You can sometimes see whales from the deck during whale watching season, which is why the house was named "Balina," Turkish for "whale," by a previous owner. The bluffs are a 5 minute walk from the house with close access to multiple beaches. We currently stay at Balina every other month ourselves, and we care about the condition of the house very much.

Inside this solar powered 1970s modern vernacular contemporary home, you'll find a cozy raised living room positioned for maximum views. Bedrooms are on the ground floor, along with bathrooms, living, dining, fully-equipped kitchen, and laundry. A study is upstairs.
