Tanto los objetos decorativos como su mobiliario tienen gran valor sentimental. Tiene WIFI, lavadora y secadora, calefacción, y aire acondicionado. Se puede gozar de tres acogedores espacios al aire libre, dos terrazas privadas con bonitas vistas, y un patio con plantas, un limonero, una fuente .

Preciosa casa rural en El Colmenar, la Estación de Gaucin, ideal para una estancia muy confortable y agradable. Tiene un amplio salón comedor con chimenea, cocina, un baño completo y tres dormitorios. Además tiene un patio con más de 100 metros con zona de barbacoa y horno de leña y una habitación dedicada a zona de juegos con mesa de ping pong, juegos de mesa, tabla de pádel surf… A tan solo 200 m está el río Guadiaro con espectaculares zonas de baño así como la estación de tren a 300 metros.

A charming house in the old center of Ronda.Reformed in 2016, the house which is one of the oldest on the street is situated on one of the oldest streets in Ronda and close to some of the best restaurants in town based on tripadvisor reviews. The house is equipped with a pellet burner and A/C. The kitchen and the living room are on the ground floor, the bedroom and the bathroom on the middle floor and a sitting area with a view on the upper floor.
