Apartament znajduje się na parterze i posiada własne miejsce w hali garażowej. Na terenie kompleksu znajduje się min. piękny plac zabaw, kort tenisowy, restauracja, miejsce do grillowania, basen (dodatkowo płatny) oraz sklep. Najważniejsza jest jednak lokalizacja: las, plaża (ok. 30 metrów), promenada, ścieżki rowerowe.

Liebe Gäste, herzlich Willkommen auf der Sonneninsel Usedom in Swinemünde. Wir bieten Ihnen ein neu renoviertes Apartment mit 54 qm und traumhaften Blick auf das Hafenbecken an. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der 3 Etage mit Tiefgarage für ihr Auto und einen Fahrstuhl. Sie verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer und eine voll ausgestattete Küche, sowie ein Bad mit Duschbadewanne und Waschmaschine. Wir vermieten das ganze Jahr über. Über einen Besuch von ihnen würden wir uns sehr freuen.

The cutest tiny house 5 minute walk to the sea doesn't exi... Yup. It feels inspiring to be here. Perfect for couples. Ideal for solo travelers seeking a cosy space to read, journal, relax. Equipped with a pretty fridge, kettle, cups, plates, cutlery, dripper & coffee filters. There is a wooden private terrace made for morning yoga flow. Bathrooms & kitchen are shared with the rest of our campsite community. At our neighbors "BOKA" restaurant you can get pizza napoletana & natural wines.

In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich einige Restaurants und Geschäfte sowie der Bahnhof. Auf ca. 70 m² erwartet eine geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zweiraumwohnung mit Balkon ihre Gäste. Vor dem Haus gibt es einen kostenlosen PKW-Stellplatz. Die Lage bietet auch einen idealen Startort für Wanderungen und Radtouren in das Inselhinterland und an das Achterwasser.
