Also includes a lot of closet space for personal belongings. 100m from city skiing track, obstacle park and ferris wheel. Train/bus station, cafes/restaurants and most of the tourist attractions are within 5min walk.

Apartment is 55m2 large, located in half basement floor, there's only one window, therefore it's little dark, but equipped with many lights. Due to location in basement, there's always fresh and cool climate, what's especially comfortable during hot summer days. Kitchen is equipped limited equipment for cooking, only microwave and single stove. Sauna is located in the apartment and can be used for additional charge (15 euro/day) . Heating type is warm floors, what you can adapt your self.
