Αυτή η υπέροχη, πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένη οικογενειακή σουίτα 2 υπνοδωματίων, με απίστευτη θέα στον Τορωναίο Κόλπο, το νησί Κέλυφος και την 1η χερσόνησο είναι ο ιδανικός προορισμός για οικογένειες ή φίλους. Μόλις 2 λεπτά μακριά είναι ένα ήρεμο κολπάκι για κολύμπι. Η παραλία του Παραδείσου και το κέντρο του Νέου Μαρμαρά απέχουν μόλις 8 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Όλα τα δωμάτια είναι κλιματιζόμενα. Η κουζίνα είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένη, με παροχές στο μπάνιο και πλυντήριο ρούχων διαθεσιμο στο διαμέρισμα.

Αναπαλαιώσαμε μία οικογενειακή οικία του 1955 και συζεύξαμε το τοπικό, παραδοσιακό στοιχείο με το μοντέρνο τρόπο ζωής. Το κτήμα βρίσκεται σε ένα λόφο απέναντι απ'το Βυζαντινό κάστρο της Τορώνης και την φημισμένη της ακτή. Η βίλα προσφέρει απεριόριστη θέα σε θάλασσα και βουνό. Παρέχει ένα καταπράσινο χώρο 500 τ.μ., με έναν κατάλληλα διαμορφωμένο χώρο για πραγματική ξεκούραση. Η τοποθεσία είναι κυριολεκτικά ξεχωριστή καθώς βρίσκεται κοντά και ταυτόχρονα μακριά απ'τους πολλούς.Για λιγους....

Our house is situated right three meters away from the beach of Halkidiki, famous for its crystal clear waters. It offers guests the opportunity to relax in peaceful surroundings whilst enjoying the wonderful turquoise waters of the area. The place is also recommended for sports activities such as hiking and trekking. It has a wonderful view to Mount Athos. Our house is suitable for families with children and all adult stays. Such a premium position makes for a truly fabulous holiday!
