Silverstar Barn is located on 10 acres just 3 miles south of Watertown on blacktop road. It is approximately 150 feet from our residence. Rest assure that you will be left alone to enjoy your extended or weekend getaway. We have just completed remodeling the other half of the barn turning it onto another rental. Silver star Stables has it's own entrance and both units have there own patio doors, one facing east, the other west for private outdoor seating. Both units have there own grill as well.

Furnished with King bed, dual twin beds, coffee-bar, and breakfast table. Private outdoor seating area with lighting, gas and wood fire pit. Wood for purchase. Restroom-guest fav, a few minutes’ walk and located in a shared building, not in unit, pictures in listing. AC in summer (June 1) and electric heater in winter. Non aggressive dogs. No bathroom in unit! Self-check in. Directions are sent the morning of arrival. If your unit requires a passcode, that will be sent upon booking. No WIFI

Welcome to the Lookout Loft Treehouse! Find a retreat in this peaceful hilltop oasis just a short 20 min drive out of Sioux Falls, SD. Sleep in the clouds on your dreamy pillow top mattress, wake up to stunning 360 degree views overlooking the surrounding countryside. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the wraparound deck, a propane fire on the mid-level deck and a dip in the hot tub at ground-level. The evening sunsets are magical with deer & turkeys wandering through. Relax under the stars at our fire pit (all supplies provided). Let your kids run wild with water guns & a water fall pond to refill at! Located right off HWY 16 makes you only 10 minutes to downtown Rapid City and 20 minutes to Mt. Rushmore!

You will have private access to the lake with a dock. The dock is generally in the water May through Labor Day. Note: There are several stairs required to get down to the dock. Boat ramp and shared public beach nearby. Inquire about floating water mat if interested (additional cost).
