宁静安谧的避难所

È uno chalet di legno e pietra, la parte superiore è il mio alloggio, mentre la parte inferiore (ristrutturata da poco) è tutta per gli ospiti: due stanze da letto, due bagni, un ampio e luminoso soggiorno e una cucina piccina, ma molto funzionale. Lo spazio esterno è in comune, ma molto ampio, si può tranquillamente parcheggiare la macchina in totale sicurezza. Vi è anche una veranda dove poter mangiare o semplicemente rilassarsi. A pochi minuti di auto ci sono dei centri turistici, laghi e sentieri.

Potrete rilassarvi da singoli, o con con tutta la famiglia in questo alloggio tranquillo. Troverete serenità, privacy, tanto verde, rose, viste incantevoli, prossimità al Parco Regionale dei Monti Simbruini, escursioni, la magnifica Subiaco con i suoi monasteri Benedettini, un approccio all'arte dell'intaglio del legno, la possibilità di poter mangiare sotto un pergolato di glicine, l'ascolto di buona musica, amore e tanti libri. C'è un sentiero che parte dalla proprietà che attraversa il bosco.

The cabin is located in beautiful nature, near the birch forest, below the mountain peak Štuoc, overlooking the mountains. The cabin is made entirely from the wood. We are the perfect starting point for all your adventures if you are planning an active vacation because with us you can hire a guide for hiking tours, sightseeing and visiting places hidden in the heart of our village, as well as book rafting or canyoning in season. As you can see in the photos there are two wooden houses close to each other! so there is the possibility if you both rent to have neighbors, within the structure there are also other apartments and we live too and my family is like a small residence! comfortable wooden cottage ideal for couples, an ideal destination for spending holidays in PESCHICI. I advise guests to be self-driven because we are 1,5km from the center of Peschici and 2km the beach of the village!

Our little house is in the middle of the countryside, not far from the town of San Giovanni Gemini. It is ideally located for those who are traveling the mid-western part of the Sicilian island. In this area, you can hike in the beautiful “Cammarata Mountain Natural Reserve”. The place is only 20km from the Andromeda Theatre and the Hermitage of Saint Rosalia, 45 km from the Greek Temples of Agrigento, 40 km from Farm Cultural Park in Favara e Sant’Angelo Muxaro.
