Aquí tendrás un espacio que cuenta con una sala, comedor, cocineta, tv, wifi, baño privado y un mezzanine con cama queen. También contarás con un jardín privado bajo la sombra de un hermoso árbol de jacarandas. Tenemos dos amigables perros en el jardín común.

Security 24/7 , personal digital code to access the apartment, wifi, fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV with Netflix/Mubi, and a shared laundry room in the building. The loft has one patio in the first floor and a huge terrace full of plants on the second floor next to the bedroom. It is usually very quite but there could be a little noise during the day if another apartment is doing renovations.

Our loft, Xoxotic (green in Nahuatl), is located only a few blocks away from Condesa and Roma Norte, two of the “it” neighborhoods in the City, where you can find lovely cafés and bakeries, art galleries, indie boutiques, and some of the best restaurants in Latin America. The loft is on the second floor and there is no elevator, so you have to use stairs to get there.

Our apartments in Roma Norte are designed for you to rest, get inspired, and connect with one of Mexico City’s most vibrant neighborhoods. For these spaces, we’ve brought a little piece of Oaxaca with clay details and collaborations with artists like Carlos Guerrero and Fernando Ochoa, filling our walls with history and color.
