Lovely villa in one of Stockholm's finest suburbs, just south of Stockholm, perfect for families with children. Two bedrooms, guest room and sofa bed in the basement. Two full bathrooms, three toilets. Sleeps up to 6 people. Jacuzzi, gym and cinema lounge. South facing garden, adjoining a quiet little playground. Near the Nacka natural park and Tele2/Globen Arena. Walking distance to subway, 15 minutes to city centre and international fair. Room for two cars on the private parking area.

Our house is located in a quiet, beautiful area in Nacka. Perfect for a family with kids, but also for a couple that appreciate the nature and want to explore the archipelago. It’s just 2 min walk to the bus that will take you to the city center of Sthlm in 17 min (Södermalm and Old Town). The house has everything on one floor which makes it very convenient. Access to 2 terraces from the living room to relax and have a nice barbecue. Close to foodmarket and fastfood options if needed.

Cinema, pool table, sauna, 4 bedrooms ( 2 double bedrooms, 1 single and 1 bunk beds) 30 mins bus to Stockholm centre. 5 mins to beaches, skiing, cafes, shops, hiking. The location to explore Stockholm and the Stockholm archipelago. If you want city life, Söder is good. For nature, Värmdö is good. Here in Nacka is a bit of both. No music outside. No parties. This is a quiet street with neighbours.

You’ll find carefully selected brands and details throughout my home. The area offers great restaurants & second-hand shops. It’s also close to water and nature, perfect for walks, swimming, and running. This is my home, which I rent out when I’m away, so I appreciate guests who treat it with care.

Stockholm city center is 15 minutes by car or 30 minutes by bus and train.
