There is a daily bus service to Banbury and Daventry and from Banbury there is a train service for Oxford, London and Birmingham. Shakspeare's Stratford Upon Avon, Cropredy Festival and Silverstone are a short drive away. There is a plaque on the village hall to commemorate singer/songwriter Sandy Denny from the band Fairport Convention.

The sitting room is comfortable & cosy with sofas a fire and a TV , a lovely place to unwind. There is a pretty garden which is private and sheltered . We have four bedrooms , one king size bed with en-suite , two doubles and one single and a second bathroom . There is parking for two cars on the drive .

It is one of the few thatched Cotswold Stone properties, tucked away in the idyllic village of Chipping Campden. We have done our best to bringing out the distinctive character of this historic property, while furnishing it in a luxurious rustic style. The history of the cottage is still up to debate. However, we have found evidence of it playing a role as the village bakery.
