It has a kitchenette at one end with a breakfast bar and a bathroom with toilet, shower and basin at the other end. Outside there is a large decked area with its own wood-fired hot tub and bbq where you can enjoy views over the water and ancient woodland.

Outside has two decked areas plus covered hot tub and grassed garden.
