Seabreeze is on the water and you can swim right below the flat. A view of Ortigia, only 20 min by foot. The only noise you hear are the waves. Early birds will enjoy beautiful sunrises or relax after a day of sightseeing on the balcony sipping an aperitivo. Art and culture, bars, restaurants and a supermarket are just a short distance by foot. You’ll love the place because of the views, the ambiance, the location, and the balcony. La camera matrimoniale ha un delizioso balconcino che si affaccia sulla via principale, ideale per un calice di vino alla fine di una lunga giornata di vacanza. La cucina permette di mangiare a casa comodamente, dalla finestra che si apre sul ronco entra una piacevole brezza marina.
