Villaens hjerte, som er køkken-alrummet, er nyrenoveret og med direkte udgang og udkig til husets rummelige have. Villaen rummer 4 sovepladser fordelt i to værelser (se fotos af daybed). Der er mulighed for at medbringe madrasser til husets sidste værelse eller telt til haven. Haven indeholder stenterasse hvor bl.a. en gasgrill er placeret.

Two bed rooms with double beds and one with a single bed. 2 minutes to bus to the center. Supermarkets in walking distance and beach nearby.

Nyd ferien i vores dejlige villa tæt på Amager Strand og metroen. Den perfekte base hvis man ønsker kombinationen af afslapning, strandliv og nem adgang til byen. Vores hus ligger kun 10 minutters gang fra stranden og 5 minutters gang fra metroen, som tager dig til Københavns centrum på få minutter. Indkøbsmuligheder lige om hjørnet, samt et godt udvalg af butikker, restauranter og caféer i nærheden. Haven har legehus og trampolin, samt en stor terrasse hvor man nyde solen det meste af dagen.

Huset ligger 5 min. fra Ørestad station, hvor toget vil bringe dig til Københavns Hovedbanegård på 6 min og metroen til Kongens Nytorv på 10 min. Danmarks største shoppingcenter Fields ligger 5 min væk, med mere end 140 butikker, biograf, spisesteder m.m. Huset har et stort køkken med plads til hyggelige spisestunder (og legende børn), 3 værelser, 1 stue og have med terrasse og trampolin. Udlejes oftest weekender.
