It's about a 3 minute walk to the beach, around150m, Its a 5 minute walk to Porto Montenegro yacht marine. In the neighborhood there are groceries, restaurants, bakeries and the main Post Office. The apartment is completely renovated with separate bathroom & bedroom. The apartment lies 20 meters from the sea. When you open the window your view are the sea and the mountains and you smell the nice flavors of the sea, the trees, flowers and herbs.

This is a ground floor apartment of 34 square. It is very sunny, full of light and very warm during the winter. It has one balcony looking towards the mountains. On the opposite there is a big door facing on courtyard. It is equipped with a lot of love and desire to make everyone feel comfortable in it. As I graduated in painting I tried to apply my affinity for visual art in arranging this space.
