Hermoso piso de 50m2 en la tercera planta sin ascensor de un edificio histórico y protegido. De techos altos y ventanas amplias que permite ser un piso de mucha luz, se compone de un espacioso salón comedor y cocina integrada, completamente diáfano. En el salón comedor encontrarán la televisión con Netflix y WIFI, ideal para desconectar después de un día largo. La cocina está completamente equipada (vitroceramica, nevera, microondas, lavadora), si prefieres comer en casa. Cuenta con todos los utensillos de cocina necesarios, además de tostadora, cafetera de capsulas, juguera, y hervidor de agua. Un amplio dormitorio con una cama matrimonial (135cmx190cm) y su gran baño con ducha y con todo lo indispensable, como juego de toallas, secador de pelo, shampoo y gel de baño. Disponible sin coste adicional una cuna de viaje previa solicitud. El edificio no cuenta con áreas comunes. Recibimos a nuestros huéspedes personalmente, nos encanta dar la bienvenida y dar detalles sobre el piso como sobre la ciudad. Queremos que se sientan como en casa! Estaremos encantados de aconsejarlos y de resolver cualquier imprevisto antes y durante la estadía. Una vez que sean nuestros huéspedes, estaremos disponibles las veces que sea necesario. Situado en el centro histórico de Valencia, a unos metros de la mayoría de los sitios más relevantes y turísticos de la ciudad, como la Plaza de La Virgen (350m), la Plaza de La Reina (210m), la Catedral (200m), La Lonja de la Seda y Mercado Central (200m). Vivirás en el corazón del Valencia, llena de vida y movimiento, podrás disfrutar del encanto de la cuidad, sus calles, sus monumentos y su vida alegre. La magnífica ubicación permite que estemos bien comunicados, todos los transportes pasan por la Plaza de La Reina donde nos llevan por ejemplo a La Ciudad de las Ciencias y Artes o bien a la playa de Valencia. Moverse a pie o en bicicleta es una gran opción, dado que todo se encuentra cerca del piso. Si vienes en coche, solo a 200m se encuentra el parking público de La plaza de la Reina, en pleno corazón de la ciudad. Tranquilo y al mismo tiempo encontraran toda la vitalidad de la ciudad. Con gusto los aconsejaremos.

The flat is very well located, only 3 minutes from the "Plaza de la Virgen", one of the main squares in Valencia, in the center of the old town "El Carmen". The flat has a big and beautiful south terrace over viewing the old town. A sunshade makes it the perfect place to eat during almost the whole year. Even though the flat lies in the heart of the city, it is very quiet and peaceful. The flat consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and one with two single beds, a living room, a bathroom and a kitchen. The sofa in the living room can be transformed into another double bed. Furthermore, we can provide a small cot for babies. Both bedrooms have a ventilator in the ceiling. The kitchen is well equipped with all basics, a Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, water-cooker and all big electrical devices. The flat has a good WIFI connection and air-conditioning. Towels and bedclothes are available. The location of the flat is very comfortable, all main sites are within walking distance. There are many great restaurants within a radius of 10 minutes walking (I provide a small booklet with the best restaurants in the sourroundings). The party area is also right around the corner. The central market is only 10 minutes walking and the big park of Valencia, the dry Turia river, is only 5 minutes away. One of the main conecting street lies very close and taxis to the airport can easily reach the flat. The train station is also easily reached in 20 minutes walk or 7 minutes in Taxi.
