La gestione è familiare,posto tranquillo immerso nei vigneti e ulivi .La struttura offre 2 stanze martimoniali con possibile letto aggiuntivo, divano letto (8 ospiti in totale) cucina , soggiorno, amplio bagno , un balcone con vista,un grande terrazza , giardino erboso con sdraio, una piccola piscina jacuzzi riscaldata solo estate, parcheggio auto\moto anche coperto Ottimo per bikers e famiglie.

E’ immersa nel verde a ridosso del bosco. Potrete passeggiare immersi nella natura gustando il profumo di alberi e funghi, vi rilasserete nell'ampio giardino attrezzato, riposerete in letti morbidi e accoglienti... Near Bolzano, the vacation apartment "Malgorerhof Sonja" is located in the small village of Jenesien on the Tschögglberg and offers vacations on the child-friendly farm at 1,000 m above sea level with a magnificent view of the Dolomites. The rustic furnished vacation apartment with its many wood features consists of a living room with a well-equipped kitchen and cozy dining area, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate a total of 5 guests.

Das Haus befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Traumlage in den Obstplantagen des Etschtals. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock, ist 120 qm groß und bietet bis zu 6 Gästen Platz. Bozen ist 10, Meran 20 und die Ski- oder Wandergebiete der Dolomiten 40 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt Fahrradwege um die Ecke und Wanderungen vor dem Haus. Den Gästen stehen 2 Parkplätze im geschlossenen Hof zur Verfügung, jeder weitere wird mit 10 €/Tag verrechnet

La casa “Ai Castagni” si trova sul monte Moncader a Combai di Miane, all’interno dell’Azienda Agricola Moncader . La casa ha subito un restauro conservativo, che mantenendo fede all’aspetto originale, ne preserva l’uso ai fini del soggiorno e residenza. La casa è dotata di una camera al primo piano con un letto matrimoniale e due letti singoli affiancati.

Am Fuße von Schloss Tirol, vor den Toren Merans liegt unser Bauernhof inmitten der eigenen Weinberge. In kürzester Zeit sind der Tappeinerweg, der Waalweg, aber auch die Altstadt von Meran erreichbar. Erstmals urkundlich erwähnt scheint der Hof im Jahre 1323 auf. Ein mächtiges Rundbogengewölbe und eiserne Türen zeugen noch heute von der damaligen Zeit.
