L'appartamento è collocato nel centro storico, in uno dei borghi più affascinanti e antichi di Catania a 1.5 Km da piazza Duomo. A pochi passi dalla fermata metro "Borgo". E' facilmente raggiungibile dall'aeroporto che si trova a circa 6 km. Nei dintorni sono presenti diverse attività commerciali. L' appartamento ( 48 mq ) con piccolo cortiletto di pertinenza, è composto da una zona living con divano/letto, cucina, bagno e camera da letto con vasca idromassaggio. Ideale fino a 4 persone.

The villa enjoys fantastic views and dream pool. Less than 1 km from beautiful beaches to enjoy the sea, restaurants, pubs, supermarkets. The town Cefalu ' is 15 km. Bedroom, two with double bed and one with a bunk bed, in the living there is a sofa bed. To reach the villa, you will drive in a small stretch of road that is not asphalted, about 100 meters, but it is absolutely very easy to get in villa.
