Groceries, pharma, cafe - well-developed infrastructure make everything easy and comfortable.

There is complete comfort for long-term guests. We have both gas- and electric heating. We have fast internet 50 GB. For guests who stay in the apartment for more than 2 months, we offer free cleaning once a month. All public areas are guarded around the clock and are under video surveillance. There is free parking next to the building.
