Newly remodeled tri-level home located in the center of Champaign. Minutes away from downtown, the University, the State Farm Center, tons of shopping and good restaurants. The home has been renovated from top to bottom featuring a Urban Farmhouse Modern feel throughout. The living room is on the main level, the upper level has 3 bedrooms and a bathroom while the lower level has another bedroom, bathroom, laundry, kitchen with all new appliances and a dining room. Both bathrooms have bath tubs with showers. I can be reached by text, email or phone. I am also available most times to be on site if needed. The house is located in a cute, quite neighborhood doors away from a bakery and coffee shop. The driveway will hold 3 cars, with additional parking across the road on West Union street or at the end of the block on West White Street.

The house has been furnished with antiques as well as University of Illinois memorabilia. There is a gas log fireplace in the home's den and electric fireplaces in several bedrooms that provide a cozy atmosphere. There is a gas grill on the screened porch and a fire pit in the fenced back yard.
