This maisonette is located in a pedestrian street and within two minutes walk you find yourself near the seafront and a bus stop. Also within a five minutes walk you find yourself near the Basilica of Our Lady of Mount Carmel and the Manuel Theatre.

The place is dominated by the sea view onto the Marsa / Floriana / Valletta part of the grand harbor. It’s an exciting view with lots of ships coming in and out. At night the mouth of the harbor area in the distance glows warmly. The studio is bright, colorful and I look forward to welcoming you there!
