Greystone Cottage is located close to the Little Miami Bike Trail, canoeing, King’s Island, the Ren Fest, Caesar's Creek, walking distance to restaurants and unique shops.

We are 25 mins from Kings Island and Wilmington Ohio. 5 min. from Vally Vinyards. Right in between Dayton and Cincinnati. Mins from canoeing and arts. 20 minutes from Roberts Arena. We will strive to make your trip enjoyable and comfortable! This is a two unit home. There is a downstairs unit as well that is completely separate.

Our riverside beach is a great place to hang out to catch some rays or launch a guest provided Canoe or Kayak. If outdoor living is more your style you can enjoy the tree house with all the amenities including full size bed and electricity.

The apartment is fully private, with a separate entrance but is attached to my personal residence. *The floor mattress is only appropriate for 5'2" and below. *The stairs to access the apartment are steep and may present problems for those with mobility issues. Long term stays on a case by case basis.
