The property is equipped with televisions in the sitting room & master bedroom. Netflix/Prime available-you’ll need your login details to your accounts. Lovely ensuite to the large master bedroom & a further two bedrooms + family bathroom & a fabulous bedroom upstairs. Check out my guide book for things to do.

Close to shops and cafes and a 5 minute drive to the beautiful sandy beach at West Wittering. Chichester, the South Downs and Goodwood are a short drive. Warm and well-insulated with radiators. TV with Netflix Watch stunning sunsets on the beach and then come back to fall asleep to the sound of the waves.

Deer View Lodge provides newly refurbished 2 bedroom accommodation with a double bedroom and a twin bedroom accessible via the double bedroom (the twin beds can be moved to create a double). There is a fully equipped kitchen including dining table for 6, shower room with double shower, lounge with a sofa bed and comfortable seating. There is an outside courtyard with BBQ and seating and also a pontoon overlooking the local countryside.

The property is an ideal gateway for visiting the beautiful spots around the manhood peninsula and beyond to Chichester, Goodwood and the South Downs. Whether you are visiting for a holiday, attending a local wedding or for business(high speed wifi), you will find our cottage a haven of tranquility during your stay with that unique home away from home feeling.

This is a pet free property. The creek is tidal.
