Gorgeous two bedroom straw bale cottage on its own block...lovely garden. You will love the privacy and quiet of the area which is only an easy 15 minute walk away from Margaret River's main street. Situated on the quieter west side of town, and on the way to the beach....the rails to trails path nearby takes you through the beautiful forest and bush, or a short ten minute drive away are the stunning beaches, wineries and caves. Hire or bring a bike and explore the many mountain bike trails.

The family room is the largest room in the cottage, which is unshared and fully equipped. To book the full house, please see other listing. A short walk to the Tavern, Museum, Post Office & General Store and a longer walk to Millbrook Winery, the cottage is in a central town location. The Mundi Biddi trail opens up roughly 100m from the house and the Bibbulman passes nearby.

Close to all amenities, our home is within walking distance from the local tavern, liquor store, fast-food outlets, a hairdresser, and beauty salon. At the end of the street, there’s a park with a playground, and a bus stop.
