'Smiðjan' or the Smithy has been lovingly restored focusing on original aesthetics and comfort. It is situated at the edge of a small business area where you can enjoy absolute privacy and not worry about neighbours. The large attic windows provide a perfect platform to view the northern lights and stunning views. Smiðjan is almost a 100 year old house on the shores of the little fishing village Dalvík in the north, with views of spectacular mountains and valleys where hiking is at your doorstep

In the winter Akureyri is a winter sport town with a fabulous ski mountain Hlidarfjall.

Bakkakot 1 is one of our cabins in the woods with beautiful views of the ocean and mountains. A relaxing retreat in the Icelandic countryside with TV, DVD, well equipped kitchen, bathroom, WiFi, games and books, grill (during summer) and a shared hot tub area. We are located 20km from Akureyri so this cabin is the perfect location for those seeking peace and quiet, nature, northern lights or just a great base on the Arctic Coastway.

Peaceful, quiet and lovely cottage placed just by our little forrest, A good place for recovery and relaxing. Located on the land of farm Syðri-Hagi on the west side of Eyjafjörður, You can explore the majestic mountain ranges and welcoming valleys either by car or on foot. In the late summer you can go berry picking on the farms land. We are located about 15 km from Dalvík and 30 km from Akureyri.
