The cottage is nestled only 25 minutes away from towns on the coast of Lake Michigan. They have boutiques, restaurants, farmers markets, and seasonal festivals to enjoy. This 60-acre estate features private beachfront, beach deck, firepit & hiking trails. This home can host 6 adults. Enjoy the elevated deck and rooms with plenty of lake views. Our neighboring Main House sleeps an additional 10 adults and shares the yard and private beach. Homes are separated by a dune for privacy. We have a listing for both properties on Airbnb.

A wooden deck is directly over the beach to catch the cool lake breeze (complete with lounge chairs), and the private shared beach is feet away, no stairs needed. A second deck with a bit of shade is next to the kitchen. It has a picnic table and patio table. There is a large propane gas grill on the patio next to the deck. Holland's Big Red Lighthouse is a 10 minute walk. Located between Holland & Saugatuck.
