The private dock and lake frontage is across the street from the front yard, in a quiet cove. The minimum age to rent the property is 27. Parking is limited to three vehicles tandem in the driveway and carport. Within a ten minute drive of the house are multiple wineries, orchards and the charming towns of Fennville, Douglas and Saugatuck.
